401(k) Retirement Plan
Start building your retirement from your first month on the job. Team Members are eligible to enroll beginning the first of the month following their hire date, and the Pueblo of Sandia matches your contributions up to 4% of your salary — giving your savings an immediate boost.

Life Insurance
Basic life coverage equal to two times your annual salary, up to $400,000, at no cost to you. Voluntary additional life coverage is also available for yourself and your dependents.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment
AD&D coverage provides an additional layer of protection for you and your family in the event of a covered accident — including serious injury or loss of life.

Short-Term Disability
If a covered illness or injury prevents you from working, short-term disability replaces a portion of your income while you focus on recovery — for up to 11 weeks.
