Sandia Cannabis Policy

The use of marijuana is strictly prohibited at Sandia Resort & Casino, Sandia Amphitheater, Sandia Golf Club, Green Reed Spa and Sandia Lakes. 

This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaporizers, electronic cigarettes and marijuana.

Any violation of this policy will result in a $250 charge per violation and may result in requiring guests to leave property with no refunds.

Designated Smoking Areas are provided outside and away from buildings. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.

Marijuana use anywhere on our properties is not allowed. This includes medical marijuana.

Guests will need to consult with their physician for other suitable alternatives.
